happening to me 2 I think I have figured out the problem, darthmod shows up in the mod manager but it's an installed mod not steam workshop. Steam workshop mods don't appear in the data folder for shogun 2 (or any folder) So I think it's safe to assume that steam is simply not DLing the mods properly and if it is it's hiding them in a folder not in the steam directory.

So having a hankering for some Shogun 2, I downloaded it fresh to this computer. (I do have other Total War games installed.) I also decided to try some workshop mods, and they subscribed fine. Then when the mod manager starts up, it just fails to download the mods. I've tried a number of things to attempt to fix this, including a restart of steam in andministrator mode. I deleted the launcher files and verified the game files to force a re download of them.
